Bringing youth work to life - on the run where learning happens

Learning with pleasure

Learning does not only happen in classrooms or training rooms. It happens wherever young people meet, move, question, create and connect. It happens in youth centres, schools, sports clubs, cultural spaces, communities and everyday situations that are often overlooked as learning environments.

NFL on the Run brings together people and organisations working with young people to explore non-formal learning as a living, active practice. The project builds on the idea that youth work is not defined by one place or one method, but by how learning is created, shared and experienced across different contexts.

What this project offers

Through collaboration, research and exchange, NFL on the Run has developed a set of practical learning resources that support youth workers, educators and other practitioners in their daily work with young people.

On this website, you will find:

PODCAST

...that explore key areas of working with young people through real experiences, reflections and practice-based insights.

NAVIGATION CARDS

...that help users work with perspectives, assumptions and consequences in flexible learning processes.

METHODS AND WORKSHOPS

...that translate ideas into concrete action and practice.

AN ONLINE TRAINING COURSE

...that brings all these elements together into a guided learning experience.

These resources are designed to be used on their own or combined, depending on your context, your group and your learning goals.
